The opportunity

Fiddler’s Rest sits on the kind of established Ancaster street people stay on. The lot is deep and treed, and it can hold more than it does today, the right way, with the right homes.
We are early here, on purpose. The plan is a small collection of house-scale homes that suit the street, and the work right now is the patient part: studying what the land and the neighbourhood can carry before a single drawing is final.
Watch this space. Slowly, the way good streets are made.
